Espresso3D(E3D) is not an open source product.  However, E3D is free to use in its binary format, 
exactly as it is available for download from www.espresso3d.com for non-commercial products 
(any product that is distributed 100% free and that's related parties earn no royalties/compensation/income 
from the product whatsoever) as long as the E3D logo/splash screen is left to be displayed unaltered as the 
first graphic/splash screen (as it automatically will upon engine initialization)  in the non-commercial 
product.  Alteration of the splash screen and/or graphic is not permitted.  Commercial products (any 
product that charges or makes any sort of money related to the use of E3D) must pay a licensing fee to the 
author of Espresso3D in an amount that will be disclosed by the author of Espresso3D upon inquiry to be 
allowed to distribute a commercial product built using any component of E3D.

Decompilation of any portion of E3D is strictly prohibited.  Again, E3D is not open source.

Redistribution of the versions available for download freely from www.espresso3d.com is permitted as 
long as this license is bundled with the espresso3d.jar file.  The commercial version of E3D is not 
permitted for redistribution without the proper commercial license obtained from the author of Espresso3D.
